Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations
You can cancel an order before it is shipped by contacting us at support@poppydofoods.in or on WhatsApp with your order number. Prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch are refunded in full.
Returns
Since our products are food items, we cannot accept returns of opened packs. If your order arrives damaged, tampered, expired or incorrect, please write to us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
Refund timelines
- UPI / Wallets: 3–5 business days
- Cards / Net banking: 5–7 business days
- COD orders: refunded to your bank account or UPI ID within 5–7 business days of approval
