This Privacy Policy explains how Shree Shyam Ventures (“Poppy Do Foods”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use www.poppydofoods.in, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

1. Data we collect

• Account & order data: name, email, mobile number, shipping address and order history.
• Payment data: online payments are processed by our payment partner (e.g. Razorpay). We do not store your card, UPI PIN or net-banking credentials.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and cookies needed to run the cart and keep you logged in.

2. How we use it

To process and deliver orders, provide customer support, send order updates, prevent fraud and — only if you subscribe — send offers. You can unsubscribe at any time.

3. Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to fulfil your order (courier partners, payment gateway, email provider) and when required by law. We never sell your data.

4. Retention & security

We keep order records as required under tax laws and protect data using encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords and restricted access.

5. Your rights

You may access, correct or request deletion of your personal data, or withdraw consent, by writing to support@poppydofoods.in.

6. Grievance Officer
